Pointing out that meat should not be wasted during the Feast, “When one kg of meat perish makes 50 liras. This is a national fortune and a pity. Novices are shredding the skin, the offal is bad, the meat is bad for the meat cut. Shredding the sacrificial meat, 15 percent of the sacrificial meat goes to the trash every year.
