It is thought that the most important problem is unfair competition. A considerable number of companies, which are quite large in number according to the number of agricultural enterprises and market size in the country, highlight competition in price rather than quality / technology.
This unfair competition reduces operating profitability, and low profit margins naturally reduce the use of qualified technology, research and development activities, qualified employment, branding and marketing expenditures.
On the other hand, in our country, there is a very different variety of state supports for industrialists by many different institutions. Uniform application of state supports to manufacturer companies and the lack of impact analysis of supports not only prevent the supports from reaching their full purpose, but also prevent a competitive structure.
We need an Agricultural Machinery Strategy Document to be prepared with a common mind for our goal of getting more shares from world exports, producing high value added and high technology products, and transforming into an industrial structure with a qualified workforce.
With this unpolitical document (above from the political views) strategic goals and policy areas and actions towards these goals will be determined so that all short, medium and long term policies for agricultural mechanization can be produced in a timely and comprehensive manner.
