This momentous event took place in India from 1st March to 5th March 2024.

The gathering brought together 150 international partners and dealers from 60+ different countries. Over five impactful days, participants immersed themselves in the world of Shaktiman, experiencing the brand’s heritage, innovation, and commitment to excellence.
The event commenced with an illuminating tour of Shaktiman’s state-of-the-art facilities in Rajkot (Gujarat, India), highlighting the brand’s manufacturing prowess and steadfast commitment to quality. During the tour, attendees were introduced to the Shaktiman Product Expo Area, spanning 77,000 square feet. Partners explored 100+ Shaktiman high-end products, including specialized harvesters, rotary tillers, rotary slashers, planters, sprayers, and silage balers.
Furthermore, Shaktiman unveiled the L.S. Gohil Learning Academy, a cutting-edge educational center. Honoring the visionary founder of the company, late Shri Ladhubhai S. Gohil, the Academy is dedicated to farmers, drivers, partners, engineers, and mechanics, serving as a hub for knowledge and skill development in agricultural mechanization. The announcement of the inauguration by the Chairman of Shaktiman, Mr. Ashwin Gohil, marks a significant step forward in reinforcing Shaktiman’s dedication to education and skill enhancement, setting the stage for a brighter and more informed tomorrow.
The trip then moved to the vibrant city of Kochi (Kerala, India), offering a unique blend of cultural immersion and business networking, including visits to iconic landmarks and cultural performances.
The highlight was the Conference on 4th March, focusing on Shaktiman’s goals for expansion. Distinguished speakers of the company, including Mr. Hashmukh Gohil, Managing Director of Shaktiman, and Mr. Shashank Watane, Senior Vice President International Business, shared valuable data and insights, shaping the narrative for the brand’s future endeavors. Mr. Hashmukh Gohil expressed his enthusiasm about the event, stating: “I am immensely proud of our collective achievements in reaching and providing economical agricultural solutions to over 1.5 million farmers’ families worldwide. Looking ahead to 2030, our ambitious target is to extend this impact to 4.0 million farmers’ families. In this journey, we are not just creating history; we are building a lasting legacy.” The conference included the participation of renowned athlete Deepa Malik, winner of 5 President of India Awards, 4 Limca World Records, 3 International Awards, and the first Indian female Paralympic medalist. Recognized as Woman of the Year 2019 by the International Paralympic Committee, Deepa Malik stands as symbol of inclusion and resilience. The impactful speech by Deepa Malik resonated strongly with partners, dealers, and employees, motivating them with her message of never giving up.

In 2023, Shaktiman achieved a 58% water usage reduction, projecting a 62% reduction in 2024, with an ambitious goal of 80% reduction by 2030. Similarly, the company aims for an 80% reduction in carbon emissions by 2030.
