Yağız Süzen, general manager of a company in Antalya, said that bumblebees are focused on continuous work and are more efficient in narrow spaces than honey bees. Stating that they collect pollen for their offspring, thus contributing to pollination, Süzen said, “We literally call them ‘winged agricultural workers'”.

“Demand is very intense. Our producers benefit from bumblebees at a rate of 98 percent. As Türkiye, we have serious exports. We export one third of our production. We send to Russia, Azerbaijan, Turkic Republics, most of the Gulf countries. The producer’s interest in bumblebee continues unabated, “he said.
