More than 40 countries from all over the world is bringing their most delicious and treasured honeys to Copenhagen, both honey from Meliifera bees and a lot of exciting honey types from stingless bee-species. There, the honey will be presented for tasting for all participants of the congress!
On top of that, each honey will get its very own website, where you can read the story of this particular honey and the bees and beekeeping behind it.
The three Scandinavian hosts, Denmark, Norway, and Sweden, have their own section of the honey bar called the Scandinavian Honey Bar, also filled with delicious honey for tasting.
