Ferrero Group has published its 17th Sustainability Report, showcasing the measurable progress of its sustainability commitments.
The report, covering the 2024/25 fiscal year and coinciding with Ferrero’s 80th anniversary, reflects how sustainability initiatives are integrated across all company operations. It demonstrates how the company has established an end-to-end sustainable food system, from the farms and communities sourcing its raw materials to factories, products, and employees. The report also shows how the strengthened framework of the Ferrero Sustainable Agriculture programme has contributed to increased resilience in Ferrero Group’s raw material sourcing and supply chains.
Commenting on the 2025 Sustainability Report, Ferrero Group President Giovanni Ferrero said, “The secret to Ferrero’s long-term success is the well-being of the communities and ecosystems to which our supply chain depends. Consumers are increasingly choosing brands they can trust that value quality, good sourcing practices, meticulous production, people and the planet. Ferrero Group CEO Lapo Civiletti also stated that the company is translating its sustainability approach to sourcing key raw materials into concrete actions through the Ferrero Valuable Agriculture programme.
“This approach provides a strong guide to strengthen supplier accountability, improve traceability and certification, support farmers and promote collaboration across the sector. It also allows us to adapt to the unique dynamics of each raw material’s supply chain,” Civiletti added…
