According to interviews with 30 senior executives from leading food and agriculture companies worldwide, healthy eating, changing consumer expectations and environmental transformation stand out as the most critical driving forces shaping the food ecosystem over the next decade. Artificial intelligence and technology follow closely behind these areas.

The study identified nine emerging growth areas within the food ecosystem, with the total market size expected to reach 3.1 trillion dollars by 2035.
