“WE ARE THE CUISINE OF THE WORLD”

Stating that Turkish food sector resembles the international cuisine, Aegean Fisheries and Animal Products Exporters’ Association Chairman Bedri said, “Turkey takes place in the top 10 across the world with every product that is included in their activity subjects of fisheries and animal products sector.”

Pointing out thet they are the cuisine of the world, Girit noted, “If we look at the big picture, each of us is producing for the world cuisine. According to the report published by FAO last August, we need 1.7 worlds. We are trying to improve efficiency since there is no 1.7 worlds.”

“We make a contribution to Turkish economy with 2.5 billion dollars as we do in agricultural exports,” Girit added…
