Mevlüt Ceyhun Tekdemir, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bereket Doner, emphasised the importance of the process by saying, ‘This process is not only a gastronomy issue; it is also a cultural identity struggle.’

Bereket Doner, which has made Turkish doner one of the most preferred flavours in Europe in countries such as Germany, England and France, plans to expand in the European market with its ‘Doner Point’ brand.
