It has been reported that exports of 4 billion 803 million 497 thousand dollars were realized in the 7 months of the year by the cereals and pulses sector in Turkey.
In the written statement of the Southeastern Anatolia Cereals, Pulses, Oilseeds and Products Exporters’ Association (GAİB), the export figures for the July period were evaluated.
It was stated that 1 billion 477 million 236 thousand dollars of cereals and pulses exports were made from the Southeastern Anatolia Region in the 7 months of the year.
It was also reported that exports from the whole country were recorded as 4 billion 803 million 497 thousand dollars in this period.
In the statement, it was noted that the highest foreign sales were made in pasta, vegetable oils and wheat flour products in the said process:
“Southeastern exporters exported cereals, pulses, oilseeds and products to a total of 170 countries in this period. On the basis of country groups, the highest export was to the Middle East countries with 776 million 848 thousand dollars, the second place to African countries with 421 million 9 thousand dollars and the third place to America with 146 million 386 thousand dollars. made to their country.”
