Ferhat Gürüz, Chairman of the Board of the Mediterranean Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Exporters’ Association, announced that Turkey’s fresh fruit and vegetable exports amounted to 309.9 million dollars in February, marked by earthquake disasters.
Ferhat Gürüz, who stated that there was a 22 percent hike in the country’s exports of the sector compared to the same period of the previous year, pointed out that as the Mediterranean Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Exporters’ Association, they supported this performance by 45 percent with a value of 139.1 million dollars.
