The condition of obtaining a preliminary permit from the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry for lemon exports has been removed.
The Communiqué on the ‘Abolition of the Communiqué’ on Lemon Export of the Ministry of Commerce was published in the Official Gazette and entered into force.
Accordingly, the practice of obtaining a preliminary permit from the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry for lemon export was terminated.

With the repealed communiqué, a restriction was imposed on the export of lemon in April until August 31, 2020 and the export was subject to the prior permission of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
