INTEGRATED REPORT FROM TAT GIDA: FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE AND SUSTAINABILITY DATA UNDER ONE ROOF

Tat Gıda, a Turkish food producer with 58 years of experience, has published its first integrated annual report for 2025, marking a significant transformation in its corporate reporting approach. The company has, for the first time, combined the disclosures from its financial report and its Sustainability Report—prepared in accordance with the Turkish Sustainability Reporting Standards (TSRS)—into a single report, thereby offering its stakeholders a more comprehensive and transparent reporting model.

Reflecting a new generation of corporate reporting, the integrated report examines the company’s financial performance alongside its sustainability performance in environmental, social and governance (ESG) areas. This provides investors, financial institutions and other stakeholders with a more comprehensive view of the company’s capacity to create value. The Tat Gıda 2025 Integrated Activity Report presented the company’s business model, strategic priorities, governance structure, risk and opportunity management, and approach to creating sustainable value within a single framework. This structure enables the relationship between financial results and sustainability performance to be presented more clearly, whilst short-term operational results and long-term growth targets can be assessed within the same corporate narrative.

Tat Gıda, which possesses a broad product portfolio across the categories of tomato paste, tomato products, sauces, ready meals and tinned goods, has prepared its first integrated activity report in compliance with the Türkiye Sustainability Reporting Standards (TSRS), which have come into force in Türkiye in the field of sustainability. The report includes environmental, social and governance indicators aligned with TSRS standards, as well as an analysis of the potential impacts of climate-related risks and opportunities on the company’s financial performance, in accordance with the TSRS S2 “Climate-Related Disclosures” standard.

In this context, the report details the company’s climate-related governance structure, strategic approach, risk management processes, and targets and metrics relating to performance indicators such as greenhouse gas emissions. The consolidation of financial, sustainability and climate data into a single report has created a more comparable and reliable information framework for investors by reducing data duplication and eliminating the risk of inconsistencies between different reports…
