Pasta is the result of a remarkable journey that begins with durum wheat in the fields, continues through state-of-the-art production facilities, and reaches our tables as a symbol of taste and culture. Along this journey, farmers, industrialists, producers, and consumers come together as integral parts of the same chain.

From October 24–26, under the roof of the International Pasta Organization (IPO) and hosted by the Turkish Pasta Manufacturers’ Association (TMSD) and the Pasta Industrialists’ Association (MÜSAD), we will celebrate this shared effort and tradition at the World Pasta Day gathering.
