Dr. Eren Günhan Ulusoy, President of the International Association of Operative Millers (IAOM) Eurasia, stated that they aim to be the world leader in flour exports in the new season as well.
“Türkiye, which has become the world’s leading exporter with an annual export volume of 3 million tonnes of flour, holds the Eurasian Regional Presidency, representing 30 percent of the world’s wheat production from 32 countries and 59 percent of the world’s flour exports,” he said.
As in previous years, the IAOM is preparing to host the ‘4th IAOM Eurasia Conference and Exhibition’ in Istanbul from 3 to 6 September 2025 at the Hilton Istanbul Bomonti Hotel, with participants from Central and Eastern Europe, the Baltic countries, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Türkiye, other Central Asian republics, the United States, the Middle East and African countries.
The 4th IAOM Eurasia Conference and Exhibition will bring together many industry stakeholders, such as grain, flour, pasta, bulgur and feed producers, as well as suppliers of milling machinery, laboratory equipment, traders, material suppliers, packaging companies and grain storage companies. The main theme of the ‘4th IAOM Eurasia Conference and Exhibition’ will be ‘The Role of Women in Agriculture.’
