Pınar Labne, which was first introduced to consumers with labne flavour in 1984 by Pınar, one of the leading brands of Türkiye in the dairy sector, completed 2024 as the leader with a market share of 26.4 percent.
With its health, quality and innovation-oriented approach, Pınar Dairy produced Pınar Labne, as an export product in 1984 and introduced it to the country in 1985. In 2024, Pınar Labne, which was exported to 34 countries in total, also entered 8 new markets and started to be exported to France, Switzerland, Ireland, Finland, Bulgaria, Greece, Hungary and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Stating that Türkiye was introduced to Pınar Labne with the visionary perspective of the late Selçuk Yaşar and his belief in innovation, İdil Yiğitbaşı, Vice President of Yaşar Holding, said that they are the leader in the Turkish labne market with a turnover share of 26.4 percent.
Pointing out that Pınar Labne can be consumed either at breakfast or in meals and desserts with its different varieties and that many chefs prefer Pınar Labne in their special recipes, Yiğitbaşı said, “As Pınar, in 1984, we developed a recipe for a dairy product sold openly in some Middle Eastern countries with the long-lasting work of our R&D department. We named it ‘Labne’ and offered it to consumers first in Gulf countries and then in Türkiye in 1985.”
