The countdown has started for the Interfresh Eurasia Fair, which is the largest export platform for fresh, dried, frozen and canned fruits and vegetables that Türkiye produces 60 million tonnes annually. This year, the exhibition will be held on 26-28 September 2024 at Fuarİzmir in Izmir.
Murat Özer, General Manager of Antexpo Fair, which organises the Interfresh Fair, underlined that with Interfresh Eurasia Fair, Türkiye serves as an ideal transition point to markets extending from Russia, Central Asia and Europe to Africa.

“This year’s Interfresh Eurasia is not just limited to a new venue,” said Özer, “This year’s Interfresh Eurasia attracts attention with a growth of over 200 percent in terms of both exhibitors and buyers. We will see buyers from new countries on the visitor side as well as new buyers. On the exhibitor side, in addition to fresh products, we have a variety of dried, frozen and canned products, as well as fruit and vegetable juices and sauces. With this diversity, we think that Interfresh will attract more interest than previous years.”
