| The third edition of the European Sorghum Congress is confirmed and will be held in Toulouse, France on October 12th and 13th ! Thanks to the commitment of the sorghum sector, sorghum production areas are increasing constantly. Sorghum is a diversification crop with multiple advantages for farmers, which offers many processing opportunities for processing industries as well, namely in the fields of human food, animal feed and bio-industry.
