Turkish company BEE’O, known as BEE&YOU abroad, has been recognized as one of America’s ‘Best Health and Beauty Brands’. BEE’O Propolis, sold under the BEE&YOU brand in the USA, ranked 18th on RangeMe’s list of the top 50 brands that attracted the most attention. RangeMe is a prominent retail platform in the United States. The list is considered a significant indicator of consumer demands and trends, as well as retailers’ interest in new products. Featured in Mass Market Retailers (MMR) magazine and online, this ranking is an important criterion for identifying the brands that will likely succeed in retail stores in the near future. BEE’O’s achievement demonstrates its success as Türkiye’s first and only domestic propolis producer.

Dr. Aslı Elif Tanuğur Samancı, CEO of BEE’O and BEE&YOU, explained the reasons for being included in this list as follows:
“The inclusion of the brand in a list is seen as a validation of its growth in the global market. The company’s 12-year international branding journey has been successful and reflects the steps taken. The journey began in 2013 with a goal of making Anatolian propolis a world-renowned brand. The decision to produce propolis locally was based on Türkiye’s strong beekeeping industry and vast plant species. The company, located in Istanbul Technical University’s ARI Teknokent, started domestic production of propolis through a contract beekeeping model. They obtained an international patent for their propolis drops and conducted over 30 clinical studies to prove the health effects of Anatolian propolis. The company now operates in a 10,500 square metre facility and produces over 200 food supplements and skincare products containing natural bee products. Their products are exported to 37 countries and they have become a well-known brand in their field globally.”

Dr. Aslı Samancı highlights the support given to over 20,000 beekeepers through the Contract Beekeeping Model, emphasizing the promotion of sustainable agriculture and the increase in bee populations.
Pointing that they have received over 90 national and international awards so far and continue to deliver their quality bee products, supported by clinical studies, to consumers in 37 countries, Dr. Samancı added, “Being included in RangeMe’s ‘Best Health and Beauty Brands’ list is seen as a recognition of our efforts and a step towards promoting Anatolian Propolis globally. I would also like to express gratitude to our team, business partners, beekeepers and consumers for their trust and support.”
