TürkTraktör, the first manufacturer of the Turkish automotive industry, successfully crossed another new threshold by unloading its 1,111,111th tractor in the 70th anniversary of its establishment.
TürkTraktör, which manufactures with a local production rate of more than 90 percent in the Turkish tractor market, exceeded the 1 million threshold in 67 years, and completed the next 100 thousand production in only 2 years. On the occasion of the 1,111,111th tractor rolling off the line, a special ceremony was held at TürkTraktör Ankara and Sakarya plants with the participation of all employees.
Stating that TürkTraktör continues to create value for Türkiye with the same determination, perseverance and excitement as on the first day of its 70th anniversary, Company Leader Aykut Özüner said, “As the TürkTraktör family, we are delighted to cross another important threshold in our history full of achievements. We are proud to have passed a new milestone at the very beginning of a year that has a special meaning for us.”
Underlining that 2023 was completed with a record production of 51,423 units, Özüner added, “We would like to extend our sincerest thanks to TürkTraktör employees, who are the biggest architects of this success, to our farmers who have made us the market leader for years with their trust, and to our shareholders who have always supported us by believing in us.”
