The 8th Global Agricultural Machinery Summit of the AGRIEVOLUTION Alliance, of which we are a founding member, will be held in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on 1-3 September 2025. The summit was first held in Rome in 2008 and subsequently in Orlando (USA), Paris (France), New Delhi (India), Istanbul (Türkiye), Wuhan (China) and most recently in Madrid & Valencia (Spain).
The summit will be held under the theme of ‘Sustainable Agriculture, Food Security and Operational Efficiency through Mechanisation and Precision Technologies’ and the programme and brochure are attached. As can be seen in the programme, representatives from global brands and organisations in the sector will participate as speakers. The summit offers an important opportunity to connect with regional authorities, global colleagues and stakeholders.
As part of the summit, there will also be a one-day field demo day, where the best practices and latest agricultural technologies in protected agriculture will be demonstrated. As is well known, planting in Argentina is almost entirely done using no-till farming, and the country has extensive experience in this area. Protected agriculture (reduced tillage, no-till farming, etc.) is an agricultural technique that will attract the interest of farmers, particularly in terms of yield and cost, and its application will become widespread, as proven by numerous scientific studies.
