Turkish Breakfast: More than a Meal

Turkish breakfast is a crossroads, hosting common flavours with traditional breakfasts in the world cuisine with its wide variety ranging from morning soup to dairy products, pastries, beverages, olives and greens. In addition, thanks to its richness, it appeals to the tastes of every citizen of the world with different dietary preferences such as Mediterranean diet, vegan, vegetarian and paleo. This richness makes breakfast not only a socialising ritual but also a strong part of gastronomy and cultural tourism.

A Call for the Future of Breakfast…
