POLONEZ INVESTS 3 MILLION EUROS IN NEW PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY…

Polonez, made many innovations in the delicatessen meat products sector with its studies on food science so far, finally invested 3 million euros in integrated processed meat technology. Polonez, which changed all its packaging thanks to its new slicing and packaging investment with the latest technology, also expanded its product range. The brand, which changed with the investments it made during the pandemic period and focused on online sales channels, has a new term target to record a growth of at least 30 percent over the previous year.

Polonez, attracting attention with its gluten-free and fit life flavour formulas developed thanks to its R & D studies on healthy nutrition in recent years and also with its premium smoked sausages appealing to gourmets, made a great investment on behalf of the sector. In line with the changing food consumption habits due to the pandemic, with an investment of 3 million Euros in the “End to End” single line technology, Polonez products will now reach their consumers in a more hygienic and healthy way.

Polonez CEO Boran Uzun said that they have been carrying out important studies on efficiency in every unit of the company since 2016.

Stating that the pandemic period has been a period of investment and renewal for them, Boran Uzun noted, “We never stopped, we produced, developed and invested. During this period, we followed the changes in our consumers very closely. Thanks to our technology investment in hygiene and food safety, we go to the door of our consumers with extremely controlled and minimum risk in slicing and packaging.”
