Press release…

At a time when the climate crisis has hampered production and led to crop losses across many products, Türkiye’s agricultural sector has managed to ramped up its exports thanks to the strong ties forged between producers and exporters. Türkiye’s agricultural exports rose by 1.3 percent over the past year, climbing from 36.173 billion dollars to 36.654 billion dollars.

The Aegean Region, Türkiye’s leader in agricultural exports, saw its agricultural exports rise by 1 percent, from 7 billion 431 million dollars to 7 billion 532 million dollars.

Although the agricultural sector contracted by 8.8 percent in 2025, agricultural exports maintained their growth.
