Türkiye’s peach and nectarine exports rose from 146.7 million dollars to 343.4 million dollars during the January–August period of 2026. The country aims to close the year 2026 with peach and nectarine exports exceeding 400 million dollars.

Highlighting that peach and nectarine production had been adversely affected by cold weather conditions in 2025, Balık said, “We are having a great season in 2026. We have achieved a harvest volume exceeding 1 million tonnes. We entered the season with an export target of 250 million dollars.”
“We have already surpassed that goal. We project that we will close the season with exports exceeding 400 million dollars,” he added…
