Muhammet Öztürk: AI-powered EiBoT empowers the digital transformation of exports

At the 11th Productivity Project Awards Competition, organized by the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Türkiye, the Aegean Exporters’ Associations (EİB) was among the top 6 projects in its category with its AI-powered digital assistant, EiBoT – EİB AI Assistant and received a Certificate of Appreciation.

In the competition, where more than 450 projects were evaluated, EİB, which was among the 72 finalists selected in 10 different categories, achieved a significant success with its innovative services offered to exporters in the field of digitalization.

The 11th Productivity Project Awards Ceremony, where the winning projects were announced, was held in Ankara with the participation of the Minister of Industry and Technology, Mehmet Fatih Kacır. The General Secretary of the Aegean Exporters’ Associations, İ. Cumhur İşbırakmaz and the project manager from the Association attended the ceremony.

Muhammet Öztürk, Coordinator Chair of the Aegean Exporters’ Associations, stated that the Aegean Exporters’ Associations shape all its work in line with a digitalization perspective.

“As the Aegean Exporters’ Associations, we have prioritized digitalization in order to provide our exporters with faster, more accessible and more effective services. EiBoT’s finalist status in the Productivity Project Awards is a significant indicator of this vision. EiBoT, developed by EİB, provides exporters with quick and accurate answers to their questions regarding legislation, government support, target markets, membership procedures, training and events along with export processes, 24/7 via website and WhatsApp,” he said.

“Our AI-powered digital assistant facilitates exporters’ access to information while contributing to increased corporate efficiency and strengthened member satisfaction,” he noted.

Pointing out that they place artificial intelligence, e-export, data analytics and digital transformation at the centre of all their training and development programmes, he added, “We also prioritize digitalization and artificial intelligence applications in our International Competition Development projects (URGE). We will continue to produce projects that will enhance the digital competencies of our members.”
