The purchase price for No. 9 seedless raisins by the Turkish Grain Board (TMO) has been set at 120 lira per kilogram.

In a statement from the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, it was noted that seedless raisins, in which Türkiye is a world leader in production and export, play a significant role in the country’s agricultural output.
The statement indicated that intervention was necessary due to market prices for seedless raisins being unfavourable to producers, adding, ‘In order to ensure market stability and prevent producer hardship, the TMO purchase price for No. 9 seedless raisins has been set at 120 lira per kilogram.’
