Murat Çağlar, Vice President of Bursa Leather Specialised and Mixed Organised Industrial Zone (OIZ), announced that 300-400 million dollars will be contributed to the economy with the processing of bovine skins to be slaughtered in the Feast of Sacrifice (Eid Al-Adha) Çağlar emphasised the points to be considered in the processing of bovine and ovine skins.
Murat Çağlar, Vice President of Bursa Leather Specialised and Mixed Organised Industrial Zone, said that 300-400 million dollars will be contributed to the economy with the correct skinning and processing of the skins of bovine animals to be slaughtered on the Feast of Sacrifice.
Çağlar told Anatolian Agency (AA) correspondent that 90 of the 115 companies in the OIZ make direct production and the rest provide supply.
Çağlar highlighted that 6 million bovine animals are slaughtered in Türkiye in a year and approximately 1 million bovine animals will be slaughtered on the Feast of Sacrifice and 2 million ovine animals are expected to be slaughtered…
