President of IAOM (International Flour Industrialists and Grains Association) Eurasia and Chairman of Ulusoy Un (Flour) Board of Directors Dr. Eren Günhan Ulusoy was elected as the chairman of the board of directors at the Ordinary General Assembly of the Black Sea Cereals, Pulses, Oilseeds and Products Exporters’ Association.
Cereals, pulses, oil seeds and products sector comprises of milling products (wheat flour, etc.), pastry products (biscuits, wafers, cakes, pasta, etc.), vegetable oils (sunflower oil, margarine, etc.), cocoa products (chocolate, cocoa foods, etc.), sugary products (all kinds of confectionery, halva, Turkish delight, chewing gum, etc.) and spices (anise, fennel, coriander, etc.).
The Black Sea Cereals, Pulses, Oilseeds and Products Exporters’ Association, the largest sub-sector of the agriculture category in terms of export values, with an export target of 13.7 billion dollars for 2023, has held a new meeting in its Ordinary General Assembly, elected its president.
International Flour Industrialists and Grains Association (IAOM) Eurasia President and Ulusoy Un Board Chairman Dr. Eren Günhan Ulusoy was elected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Dr. Ulusoy, who is the honourary consul of Indonesia, a G20 country, with which Turkiye has a trade volume of approximately 2 billion dollars.
Ulusoy, who was listed as the 3rd youngest CEO in the business world in the “40 Most Powerful Young CEOs Under 40” research by Ekonomist magazine, graduated from Boğaziçi University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration in 2003. Eren Günhan Ulusoy completed his master’s degree in Agricultural Economics at 19 Mayıs University in 2014 and his doctorate program in Agricultural Economics at 19 Mayıs University Faculty of Agriculture.
