“This award from the Sustainability Academy demonstrates that our ‘From Farm to Table’ integrated business model is an inspiring example on the path to a sustainable future,” said Duygu Yılmaz, Sütaş Board Member and Sustainability Committee Leader.

Pointing out that with the business model they implement at their integrated facilities across Türkiye, she explained, “We design the entire process—from the feed our cows consume to the milk and dairy products reaching tables—according to circular economy principles. This enables us to contribute to the efficient use and conservation of natural resources, increase our renewable energy production and reduce dependence on fossil fuels. Furthermore, we operate in line with the principles of regenerative agriculture and sustainable dairy farming, using water and energy efficiently and aiming to achieve our zero-waste target.”

“This holistic approach is evident in every stage of our production processes and the way we do business. As we have done for 50 years, we will continue to work with determination to add value to our society at every stage of our dairy value chain and to ensure environmental, social and economic sustainability, drawing on the strength we have gained from the past and our responsibility for the future,” she noted.

“We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the Sustainability Academy for deeming us worthy of this meaningful award and to all our stakeholders who contributed to this achievement,” she concluded…
