NEJDAT SİN: MEDITERRANEAN EXPORTERS SET A RECORD IN 2021

Mediterranean Exporters’ Associations (AKİB) realized an export of 1.42 billion dollars in January, increasing 43 percent compared to the same period of the previous year.

AKİB Coordinator Chair Nejdat Sin announced that they were the Association that achieved the highest increase in foreign sales volume among 13 general secretariats across Turkey by supporting the country’s exports by 8.8 percent in January.

Nejdat Sin said, “Our Association, which achieved an export of 16.3 billion dollars with an increase of 46 percent in 2021, entered the year 2022 rapidly. As AKİB, we had the strongest performance in January, while we achieved record hikes of up to 133 times in the Singapore, Netherlands, Libya and United States markets.”
