Consumers’ desire to strengthen their immune systems due to COVID-19 concern has led to a large increase in interest in food supplements.
Murat Karakol, one of the founding partners of a company that sells food supplement products through e-commerce sites, said, “There has been at least 500 percent interest in vitamin C, vitamin D group and beta glucan products.”
Citizens who want to be protected from coronavirus are directed to food supplements to strengthen their immune systems. Demand for food supplements from the beginning of Covid 19 had been observed in Turkey has been growing since then.
Karakol stated that the interest in food supplements increased by 500 percent during the pandemic process.
“There was a great increase in our sales according to the pandemic process, citizens showed great interest in vitamin C, vitamin D, beta glucan, sambukus, black elderberry extract and black cumin products,” Karakol added…
