Fresh fruit, vegetable and fruit and vegetable products sector quickens its steps with the Netherlands and Belgium, which are among the most important importers of the world.
Aegean Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Exporters’ Association (EYMSİB), which realized 813 million dollars of exports with an increase of 14 percent in the 9-month period of 2021, is organizing a sectoral trade delegation to the Netherlands and Belgium on 28 November-02 December.
Aegean Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Exporters’ Association Chairperson Hayrettin Uçak announced the current developments in the fresh fruit, vegetable and fruit and vegetable products sector and noted his evaluations on the export figures for the January – September period at the press conference he held in Seferihisar district.
Aegean Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Exporters’ Association Chairperson Hayrettin Uçak said, “As a result of the rapid increase in vaccination rates throughout the world and in our country, we decided to restart our physical activities as the Association. In our first physical activity, at the end of November, we will organize a Trade Delegation to the Netherlands and Belgium for the fresh fruit, vegetable and fruit and vegetable products sectors and we will hold bilateral business meetings there. We have now received 15 participation applications from our members.”
