TURQUALITY PROJECT TO INCREASE THE MARKET SHARE OF TURKISH FOOD PRODUCTS…

Under the umbrella of Aegean Exporters’ Associations (EİB); Aegean Cereals, Pulses, Oil Seeds and Products Exporters’ Association, Aegean Dry Fruits and Products Exporters’ Association, Aegean Furniture Paper and Forest Products Exporters’ Association, Aegean Fisheries and Animal Products Exporters’ Association, Aegean Fresh Fruits and Vegetables Exporters’ Association and Aegean Olive and Olive Oil Exporters’ Association are going to join forces in “Sustainability in Food UR-GE (Product Develeopment) Project.”

Jak Eskinazi, Coordinator Chair of EİB, said that 6 associations came together in the TURQUALITY Project to increase the market share of Turkish food products in the United States market in 2019.

Eskinazi said, “As part of the TURQUALITY Project, Turkish cuisine was taught in the curriculum of the William F. Harrah Tourism and Hotel Management School at the University of Las Vegas, USA for 5 years. The success in the TURQUALITY Project will lay the foundations for Aegean food exporters to move forward with more confident steps towards new targets.”
