The volume of foreign trade between Türkiye and Turkmenistan exceeded 2 billion dollars in 2025, reaching 2.2 billion dollars.

Turkish exporters showed keen interest in the 12th Turkmenistan Turkish Export Products Fair, held on 10-12 February 2026, with the aim of increasing the foreign trade volume between the two countries to 5 billion dollars. 87 companies and organisations from the country took part in the fair.
Turkish poultry sector ranks second in exports…
The Turkish Fisheries and Animal Products Sector, under the coordination of the Aegean Fisheries and Animal Products Exporters’ Association, participated in the Turkmenistan Turkish Export Products Fair with a joint stand together with the Mediterranean and Istanbul Exporters’ Associations.
Turkmenistan’s imports of fishery and animal products in 2024 amounted to 68 million US dollars, while Türkiye became the second largest supplier after the US with exports worth 14.5 million dollars, including 8 million dollars worth of poultry meat. In 2025, Türkiye exported 20 million US dollars worth of fishery and animal products to Turkmenistan, including 16 million US dollars worth of poultry meat.
