Türkiye generated 2.5 billion dollars in revenue during the 2025–2026 hazelnut export season.

A written statement issued by the Black Sea Hazelnut and Hazelnut Products Exporters’ Association stated that, during the period from 1 September 2025 to 31 August 2026, 197,085 tonnes of hazelnuts were sold abroad for 2 billion 509 million 526 thousand 39 dollars.
The statement noted that in the previous period, revenue of 2,558,540,904 dollars was generated from the export of 309,064 tonnes of hazelnuts.
It was recorded that compared to the previous season, exports decreased by 111,979 tonnes (36 per cent) in volume and by 49,014,865 dollars (2 per cent) in value.
