Seedless Sultani Grapes are on the way to export…
The export journey of the Seedless Table Sultani Grapes, once preferred by the Ottoman Sultans, began on Saturday, August 8, 2020. As for the export date of Mevlana (Razaki) Table grapes, it is set for Wednesday, August 12, 2020.
The cutting date of the Seedless Table Grapes is August 7 and the cutting date of the Mevlana (Razaki) Table grapes is determined as of 11 August.
Turkey had a revenue of 95 million dollars from the exports of Sultani Seedless Table Grapes and Mevlana Grapes in 2019.
Hayrettin Uçak, Chairman of the Board of the Aegean Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Exporters’ Association, announced the target for 2020 as 110 million dollars. Hayrettin Uçak noted, “The level of exchange rates is also at a level that will strengthen our competitiveness in exports this season”.
