Aegean Exporters’ Associations (EIB) broke its own export record on a monthly basis in the 100-year history of the Republic, with exports of 1 billion 740 million dollars in March. EIB managed to improve its exports of 1 billion 506 million dollars in March 2022 by 7 percent.
The previous record of the Aegean Exporters’ Association, which has 12 exporters’ associations, was the export performance of 1 billion 702 million dollars in June 2022. EIB moved its record forward by 38 million dollars in March. Seven of the 12 exporters’ associations under the roof of the EIB boosted their exports in March.

EIB’s total exports increased by 7.5 percent from 17.2 billion to 18.5 billion dollars in the last one-year period, while exports of agricultural products of the Aegean Region, which is the leader in Türkiye’s agricultural products exports, rose by 18 percent and it escalated from 6.28 billion to 7 billion 98 million dollars. Thus EIB’s export of agricultural products has grown over 1 billion dollars in the last year…
