We have a request from our Minister concerning such an important crop. Actually this demand comes from our chambers of agriculture, farmers and all provincial non-govermental organizations.”

Provincial Director of Agriculture and Forestry Ergün Çolakoğlu pointed out that they expect high yields in cotton this year and 200 thousand tons of yield is expected from “white gold” planted in more than 300 thousand decares.
