Alper Sesli, Chairman of Dream Sales Machine, which develops projects for the coffee industry, stated that coffee festivals have now become not just cultural events but also a tool for economic development.

According to Alper Sesli, Chairman of Dream Sales Machine, the economic impact created by festivals is often far greater than meets the eye.

A visitor’s spending does not remain confined to the event venue. It spreads to hotels, restaurants, transport companies, the retail sector and numerous service industries. Sponsorship investments, local authority expenditure, artists’ fees, technical equipment hire and organisational costs also form key parts of this economic activity.”
“The money spent at the festival site does not simply stay there; it trickles down to hundreds of businesses throughout the supply chain. In economics, this is known as the ‘multiplier effect’,” he added…
