The Aegean Exporters’ Association (EIB) is showcasing Turkish exports in China…
The Aegean Exporters’ Association (EIB), which has been working intensively in recent years to balance foreign trade between Türkiye and China, will organize Türkiye’s national participation in the China International Import Expo (CIIE), to be held in Shanghai from November 5-10, 2025.
The China International Import Expo will be the fourth major event organized by the EIB in China in 2025.
In China, the world’s second-largest economy, the EIB represented the country at the Xiamen International Natural Stone and Technology Expo from March 16-19, 2025 and at the 9th China-Eurasia Expo from June 26-30, 2025. With the CIIE to be held in November, the EIB will once again showcase Turkish exports in China.
“China is one of the largest importers; we will seize the opportunities.”
Jak Eskinazi, Coordinating Chairman of the Aegean Exporters’ Association, stated that the Turkish stand will be set up in three halls at the fair, covering a total area of 400 square metres and highlighted China’s role in global trade: “China stands out not only for its export power but also as one of the world’s largest importing countries. China, which imported 2.6 trillion dollars in goods in 2024, is reinforcing this identity with events like the China International Import Expo.”
Eskinazi also stated that they will be present at the CIIE with a strong team in the food, consumer goods and service sectors…
