ÇAYKUR Deputy General Manager Yusuf Ziya Alim said that they will purchase the kilogram of white tea at 575 liras.
ÇAYKUR Deputy General Manager Yusuf Ziya Alim stated that they will purchase white tea with the opening of the first tea offshoot season.
Reminding that they will not buy white tea in rainy weather, Alim said, “We bought 287 kilograms of white tea last year. We will continue our purchases this year as well.
Noting that the production of white tea requires great attention and effort, Alim added, “We will buy the kilogram of white tea at 575 liras. This year, we did not raise the purchase price of tea buds in order not to increase the costs of white tea sales and to ensure the continuation of the producers’ income from the tea bud.”
