Pınar Meat (Et) Achieved 5 Percent Growth with an Investment of 439.5 Million TL in 2024…
Pınar Et, founded in 1983 as a pioneer of the modern meat industry, reached a turnover of 8.1 billion TL with a sales volume of 34,917 tons in 2024, made a total investment of 439.5 million TL and completed the year with a growth of 5 percent. Ramping up its turnover share in the processed meat products market to 17 percent, Pınar Meat thus further strengthened its position in the sector.

Pınar Meat, which has been a pioneer of high quality and food safety in the sector for 40 years, continues to offer innovations to its consumers with its new categories suitable for nutritional preferences and its variety of fast-prepared, practical products. Pınar Meat, which meets its consumers with over 500 product varieties at 155 thousand sales points, achieved a turnover of 8.1 billion TL with a sales volume of 34 thousand 917 tons in 2024. Pınar Meat, which made a total investment of 439.5 million TL last year, achieved 5 percent growth as of the end of the year.
Leader in total processed meat market with 19.1 percent tonnage share…
In 2024, the total processed meat market in Türkiye grew by 3.4 percent in tonnage compared to the previous year. Pınar Meat continued its leadership in the total processed meat market with a 19.1 percent tonnage share. Delicatessen products again took the largest share in Pınar Meat’s sales by product groups in 2024 with 58.7 percent. With options that appeal to different age groups and nutritional habits, Pınar Meat continued to expand its frozen product category consisting of meat, bakery products, plant-based products and seafood and offered a wide range of developed delicatessen products to consumers throughout the year.
Export revenue, 4.9 million dollars…

Expressing that Pınar Meat, which exports to a total of 30 countries, has strengthened its presence in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC), Iraq and Azerbaijan markets in which it is strong in 2024, Pınar Meat General Manager Hüseyin Demir said that the turnover they achieved in these three markets reached half of their total export turnover.
Pointing out that they achieved an export revenue of 4.9 million dollars in 2024 by continuing their presence in the European geography that they penetrated two years ago, Demir added, “Qualified delicatessen products produced from turkey meat and the types of pastries in the frozen bakery products group played a major role in this success we achieved.”
439.4 million TL for digital and industrial investments…
Underlining that 2024 is the “Year of Change and Transformation”, Hüseyin Demir highlighted that they have implemented Project Feniks within the scope of digital transformation and that they have initiated many studies such as Yaşar HR Academy Program, A Step to Yaşar (Yaşar’a Adım) Project and Youth Class (Project Assistant) for cultural transformation.
Emphasizing that as a part of their product development and innovation studies, Demir concluded, “We have offered 27 new products for sale, 8 of which are for e-commerce channels. We have continued our sustainability studies without interruption and we have come to meet 8 percent of our total electricity consumption from our GES project. We have spent 439.4 million TL for major issues such as Packaging Machines Panel and Knife Systems Revision, SAP S4/HANA Cloud Transformation Project, Electricity Supply Unit Panel Renewal and Farm Facility Investments.”
