Tamay Industrial Products, a manufacturer of processing machinery and stainless steel equipment for the food and seafood sectors, has both increased productivity and significantly reduced time and labour costs with its new-generation salmon and trout processing line.
Tamay showcased its new-generation lines at the Future Fish Eurasia Fair held at Fuar İzmir. The automatic salmon processing line, which combines fish head removal, gutting and vacuum-packing, and the trout processing lines attracted considerable interest.
Ebru Ertamay, owner of Tamay Industrial Products, stated that the new machines had been developed to enhance production capacity whilst requiring less space, fewer staff and more controlled energy consumption.
“We aim to achieve more efficient production with lower operational costs and higher tonnage using more compact systems,” she said…
