Interfresh Eurasia, a showcase for the fresh fruit and vegetable, dried fruit, and fruit and vegetable product sectors that generated 8 billion dollars in foreign currency for Türkiye in 2024, will be held at FUARIZMIR in Izmir from September 18-20, 2025.
This year, the fair, heavily supported by the Aegean Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Exporters’ Association, invited supermarket chains, large wholesalers and importers from over 70 countries to participate. Chain markets from Europe, Russia, the Middle East and India, as well as over 50 large wholesalers from the Far East and CIS markets, including countries like China, Malaysia and Singapore, have registered for the fair.
Interfresh Eurasia, a Fruit, Vegetable, Storage, Packaging and Logistics Fair, began in 2018 as a project to ramp up Türkiye’s fruit and vegetable exports. Today, it has become a global showcase for the sector, a global brand in the international fair arena.
Interfresh Eurasia has been added to the list of international fairs to visit. Last year, the fair hosted buyers from 54 different countries. This year, it aims to bring together buyers from over 70 countries in Izmir from September 18-20, 2025.
