Dairy products manufacturer Kaya Farm, created widespread breakfast market chain of Turkey, attained a 40 percent growth in the first of 2020.

Kaya Farm, which has become popular especially in cheese varieties, aims to carry the success achieved in retail in the domestic market across the border. Kaya Farm Chairman Zülfikar Kaya said, “As we entered the year, we focused on foreign and HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering) targets. In the first quarter of 2020, we grew up to 40 percent. We have reached the capacity of processing 200 tons per day and 6 thousand tons per month. Now our most important goal is to carry the success we have achieved to new markets and exports. We will introduce the Turkish breakfast to the world.”

Kaya said that Kaya Farm will continue to grow both in the domestic and foreign markets.

“We have 140 different product varieties under five main groups as white cheese, yoghurt, cheddar cheese, local products and butter. We offer consumers a total of 700 items in our stores. We developed our investments, which we gave primarily to automation,” Kaya added.

“By increasing the quality of our human resources with continuous trainings, we exceeded 120 percent of the targets we set for 2019. In the rest of 2020, we will continue to open new branches. We continue to evaluate franchise applications,” Kaya concluded…
