It is very important for us to grow in a short time and to be produced as interim agriculture in the gardens. Our families will provide an extra income when they turn to this business. While our small family farmers deal with chestnuts, figs, walnuts and red mullet, on the other hand our women will be able to produce sahlep. Hopefully we will be very happy if we contribute to spread of this value added product in our district.”
