The quota for tomato exports to Russia increases to 250 thousand tonnes…

Turkish fresh fruit and vegetable industry’s largest export market in tomatoes is the Russian Federation.

However the industry has been experiencing troubled times due to the surpassing the Russian quota of 200 thousand tonnes in 2020.

Hayrettin Uçak, Chairman of the Aegean Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Exporters’ Association (EYMSİB), shared the information that the quota is about to increase from 200 thousand tonnes to 250 thousand tonnes…
