Permission requirement for production planning in agriculture is coming!
The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry presented the draft regulation, which includes the rules of planned production in agriculture, to the view of sector stakeholders. According to the draft, it will be necessary to obtain permission from the Ministry for the production of the determined product or product groups. A “Planning Board of Agricultural Production” with 16 members from the Ministry’s units will be established for production planning.
The Draft Regulation on the Planning of Agricultural Production prepared by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry was submitted to the opinion of the sector stakeholders.
The regulation, which regulates the procedures and principles for the planning of agricultural production, will cover the works and transactions that are the context of planning production on the basis of agricultural basin or enterprise in the production of plant, animal and aquatic products.

In order to ensure that agricultural production is predictable and manageable, Agricultural Production Planning Board will be established within the Ministry.
