Hayrettin Uçak: Turkiye is a unique country in terms of agricultural crops diversity
Aegean Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Exporters’ Association (EYMSİB) Chairperson Hayrettin Uçak said that in 2020, they broke a very important record in the history of the Association.
Uçak said, “We have ensured the sustainability of this success in 2021 and renewed our record as the Association”
“Our Association, in 2021 compared to 2020 with an increase of 14 percent, achieved an export of 1 billion 182 million dollars. In fact our country has a unique position in terms of the diversity of agricultural products. Another great chance is that we have very modern facilities that are suitable for the evaluation of many crops produced in our country by processing,” Uçak added.
“Especially after the Pandemic, investments to create added value gained momentum. In 2022, we aim to add a new record to our Association by rising total exports. We have determined the targets according to our sustainability principle and work for a sustainable export,” Uçak concluded…
